SpiderDAO announces strategic partnership and future LaU program with Idavoll Network.

SpiderDAO is happy to announce an upcoming strategic partnership with Idavoll Network and bring our LaU (Liquidity as Utility) program to their users and their wider community enabling them to benefit significantly by staking $IDV and receiving additional Spider VPN rewards once launched.
Idavoll Network is a decentralized organization platform that provides infrastructure and services to users of the Idavoll Network and Polkadot ParaChains. Each Idavoll Network’s individual organization exists as a set of modules that define the organization’s stakeholders and their associated rights and privileges.
Idavoll Network use revolves around three typical scenarios:
- COMPANY USE
Create a company-type organization and use a transferable token to represent the ownership of the company. Decisions are made based on voting at stake and realize the essential functions of the shareholder roster, token transfer, voting, position appointment, accounting and other organizational structures.
- MEMBERSHIP
Create a membership type organisation and use non-transferable tokens to represent the membership. Decision-making is based on one-member-one-vote governance with a governance decision-making process that achieves equal beneficiary rights.
- REPUTATION
Create a reputation-type organization and use non-transferable tags to indicate reputation. Decisions are made through reputation-weighted voting.
As a fully decentralised organisation, Idavoll Network has a set of pallets to achieve the management of DAOs: organisation module, voting module, token module and finance module. By interconnecting the four main modules together, everyone can define a DAO which constrains how actions can be performed within the organization
